Hangover IV drip
A hangover IV drip combines rehydration with vitamins and, sometimes, substances for nausea, helping the body recover after excess alcohol. It can reduce symptoms (dehydration, tiredness), but it does not eliminate alcohol instantly. At Synerva it is administered by medical staff.
A hangover is caused largely by dehydration, loss of electrolytes and inflammation after drinking alcohol. A hangover IV drip acts on these components: it rehydrates, restores electrolytes and provides vitamins (e.g. from the B group), sometimes with an addition for nausea.
Many people feel their symptoms (tiredness, headache, nausea) ease after the drip. It is important to say honestly that the drip does not “eliminate” alcohol faster and does not replace rest — it supports the body’s recovery.
At Synerva it is administered by medical staff, at the clinic or at home, after a short assessment.
