These terms and conditions govern the use of the website synerva.ro and of the services offered by Terra Media Medical S.R.L.(trading as "SYNERVA"), an intravenous therapy clinic.

By accessing the website or by booking a protocol, you accept these terms in their entirety.

SYNERVA offers intravenous therapy protocols (IV drips) with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other approved substances, administered exclusively by certified medical staff.

The protocols presented on the website are for information purposes only. The final composition may be adjusted by the attending physician based on the individual clinical assessment.

• Appointments are made via the website, by telephone or via WhatsApp
• Appointments are confirmed by SMS or email
• Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance
• In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, SYNERVA reserves the right to request an advance payment for subsequent appointments

• The prices shown on the website are in RON. Medical services are exempt from VAT under Art. 292(1)(c) of the Codul Fiscal (the Romanian Fiscal Code).
• Prices may be changed without prior notice, but a change does not affect appointments or orders that have already been confirmed.
• Payment is made:
  • at the clinic: in cash or by bank card;
  • online by card via Netopia Payments (an authorised processor, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). SYNERVA does not store card data.
• For online orders (vouchers, protocols, memberships), the tax invoice is issued automatically via factureaza.ro immediately after the payment is confirmed and is sent by email. For B2B clients, the invoice is automatically transmitted to SPV ANAF (e-Factura), the electronic invoicing system of ANAF, the Romanian tax authority.

In accordance with OUG 34/2014 (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights) and Directive 2011/83/EU, for online orders, consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product/voucher, without having to give reasons for the decision and without penalties.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal: send a written notification to contact@synerva.ro or a signed form at SYNERVA's registered office. The amount is refunded within a maximum of 14 days of the notification, to the same card used for payment.

Exceptions provided by law (art. 16 OUG 34/2014), to which the right of withdrawal does NOT apply:

• Medical services performed in full (e.g. an IV drip already administered) — under Art. 16 lit. l (letter l);
• Vouchers used in full or in part (recognised as services delivered);
• Memberships whose first month has been used (IV sessions already carried out);
• Services performed at the express request of the consumer before the 14 days have expired, if the patient was informed that they lose the right of withdrawal (digital signature when booking an appointment less than 14 days ahead).

• Before the first session, the patient will complete an informed consent form
• The patient is obliged to inform the physician of any medical condition, allergy or ongoing treatment
• SYNERVA reserves the right to refuse to administer a protocol if there are medical contraindications

• The results of the therapies vary from patient to patient. SYNERVA does not guarantee specific results
• The information on the website does not constitute medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a specialist physician
• SYNERVA is not liable for technical interruptions of the website or for errors in the content displayed

The content of the website (texts, images, logo, design) is the property of Terra Media Medical S.R.L. and is protected by copyright legislation. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.
