How the membership works

   Medical assessment

   Before your first session, we carry out a medical assessment: we check for allergies, medical conditions and current treatments, and you complete an informed consent form. The initial longevity consultation (200 RON) is deducted in full from your first protocol or membership.

   Choose your plan

   Choose your plan in the form above and send us your request on WhatsApp. We will contact you to confirm the membership, and payment is made at the clinic.

3. 03

   Book your sessions

   Appointments are made via the website, by phone or on WhatsApp, and confirmation is sent by SMS or email. Cancelling or rescheduling a session is free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. 04

   Renew or stop

   The membership renews every calendar month. If you cancel it, the benefits remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

Who a membership suits

A membership makes sense when, after the medical assessment, you and the doctor have agreed on a protocol and a regular pace of sessions. The plans differ in the number of sessions per month — 2 with Vitality Essential, 4 with Performance and up to 6 with Longevity Elite — and in the per-session limit: 300, 350 and 450 RON respectively. The final composition of the protocol may be adjusted by the doctor based on the individual clinical assessment, and if there are medical contraindications, the protocol is not administered.

You do not need a membership for a single session: use the booking form.

Home visits

Vitality Essential includes home visits in Bucharest. Performance has priority home visits in Bucharest and Ilfov, and Longevity Elite includes 2 concierge home visits per month, in Bucharest and Ilfov. Without a membership, the travel fee is 100 RON in Bucharest (free for orders from 600 RON) and 150 RON in Ilfov (free for orders from 900 RON). More about the IV drip at home.

Frequently asked questions about memberships

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. You can stop the renewal from your account, with no penalties. The benefits remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

What happens to the sessions I don't use in a month?

Sessions not used in a month do not carry over to the following month. If you cannot make an appointment, you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge at least 24 hours in advance.

Do I need a consultation before my first IV drip?

How do I pay for the membership?

For now, the membership is confirmed directly with the clinic: you send your request on WhatsApp, we contact you, and payment is made at the clinic — card, cash or bank transfer.

Can I change my mind after buying a membership?

For online orders you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons and without penalties: send a written notification to contact@synerva.ro, and the amount is refunded within a maximum of 14 days. The right does not apply if you have already had sessions from the first month of your membership.
