What types of IV drips are there, and what are they for?

IV protocols are chosen by goal: supporting the normal function of the immune system (vitamin C, minerals), energy and mental clarity (NAD+, vitamin B complex, amino acids), recovery after exertion or dehydration (electrolytes, Recovery), antioxidant intake (glutathione, NAC) and care (biotin courses for hair and nails). Each is given after a medical assessment, as part of a wellness routine — not as a treatment for a condition.

Which IV drip is chosen for immunity or for tiredness?

To support the normal function of the immune system, protocols with vitamin C and minerals are chosen (as intake, not as a treatment for infections — studies do not confirm that they prevent colds in healthy people). For energy and concentration, NAD+ and vitamin B complexes are used. For recovery after exertion, a hangover or dehydration, the Recovery protocols with electrolytes. The doctor recommends the option suited to your profile.

What is intravenous NAD+ and what is it used for?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production. Given intravenously (100 mg or 250 mg), it is chosen in protocols for energy, mental clarity and longevity. IV administration bypasses digestion and offers higher bioavailability than oral supplements — but higher bioavailability does not automatically mean a proven clinical benefit, and the human evidence for IV NAD+ is still limited.

About NAD+

What does a glutathione IV drip do?

Glutathione is the body's main intracellular antioxidant. Given intravenously (600 mg or 1200 mg), it supports antioxidant intake, as part of a wellness routine. There is no solid clinical evidence that intravenous glutathione lightens the skin or has anti-ageing effects; we do not present it for this purpose. It can be combined with vitamin C for complementary antioxidant intake.
