How it works
From the first conversation to the monthly report. The medical framework is the same as at the clinic: an assessment before every administration, under the supervision of an intensive care physician.

Needs discussion
We establish the size of the team, the rhythm you want and whether sessions take place at the clinic or at your offices. You receive a written offer, with prices per session and per package.

Individual medical assessment
Every employee has a medical assessment before their first administration. Participation is voluntary, and medical data remain confidential — the employer does not see them.

Booking and administration
Sessions are booked in time slots agreed with you. A session lasts 30-45 minutes on average and is administered by licensed nurses, under medical supervision.

Monthly reporting
You receive an aggregated, anonymised report: number of sessions, protocols used, participation rate. No individual data about employees.
Frequently asked questions
- Who decides which protocol an employee receives?
- The physician, after the individual assessment. The company chooses the package and the budget, not a person's medical protocol.
- Does the employer find out what each employee received?
- No. Reporting to the company is aggregated and anonymised. Individual medical data are confidential and never leave the practice.
- Can it be done at the company's offices?
- Yes, from the Business package upwards. We need a separate, clean and quiet room, with access to a power socket and a place where the employee can sit comfortably for 30-45 minutes.
- What happens if an employee is not eligible?
- If the medical assessment shows a contraindication, the session is not administered. The session remains available to someone else in the team, in the same month.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- Packages are contracted monthly. We do not ask for a long-term commitment — if the rhythm does not work for your team, we adjust it or stop it.
- How is it invoiced?
- Monthly, to the company, based on the contracted package. Sessions not used in a month do not carry over automatically; we discuss them in the monthly report.
