SYNERVA's medical coordinator is Dr. Claudiu Ruscu, a physician specialised in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care. It is the most relevant speciality possible for an intravenous therapy clinic. In hospital, anaesthesia and intensive care is the field that deals, day in and day out, with:
- •venous access and correct intravenous administration,
- •dosing fluids, vitamins and other substances according to the patient,
- •monitoring the patient and promptly managing any reaction.
In other words, IV drips are not an “extra” added on top of another kind of medical practice — they are exactly the area of competence of the physician who supervises them. Dr. Ruscu sets and approves SYNERVA's protocols, and every patient assessment goes through this clinical framework.
The nurses who come to you
IV drips at home are administered by licensed nurses, experienced in intravenous administration. They:
- •follow the same safety protocol as in the clinic,
- •use sterile, single-use materials,
- •monitor you throughout the administration.
We do not send “someone with a drip”. We send qualified medical staff who work to protocols set by the medical coordinator.
