Deletion of Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the right to request the erasure of the personal data that SYNERVA holds about you, including data collected through the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

• Contact data (name, email, telephone)
• Appointment and consultation history
• Conversations via Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp
• Data collected through forms on synerva.ro
• Medical data (subject to legal retention obligations)

Option 1 — Email (recommended)

Send an email to contact@synerva.ro with:

• Subject:Cerere stergere date GDPR ("GDPR data deletion request")
• Content: your full name, the email address/phone number you used, and the platform from which you want your data deleted (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website)

Option 2 — In person

Come to our clinic with an identity document.

We respond within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the request, in accordance with Article 12(3) GDPR.

Certain medical data must be retained in accordance with Romanian health legislation (Ordin MS nr. 1410/2016 — Order of the Romanian Ministry of Health no. 1410/2016) for a period of at least 30 years. These data are securely archived and cannot be deleted before the end of that period.
