What you choose when ordering

A gift voucher has a value in RON, not a fixed protocol: the recipient chooses the protocol they want when they book.

Voucher value

Choose one of the preset values — 250, 500 or 1000 RON — or a custom amount, from 150 RON up to 10,000 RON, in steps of 50 RON.

Personalisation

You can add the recipient's name and a personal message of up to 500 characters, which appears on the printed voucher. Both are optional.

Delivery

If you fill in the recipient's email, the PDF voucher is sent directly to them after payment. Otherwise, you receive it by email or collect a printed one at the clinic.

Completing the order

Add the voucher to your basket, then complete the order by reservation: message us on WhatsApp or call us, and payment is made at the clinic.

Before the first IV drip

A gift voucher does not replace the medical assessment. Before the first session, the recipient has a medical assessment — we check for allergies, medical conditions and current treatments — and completes an informed consent form. The final composition of the protocol may be adjusted by the doctor based on the individual clinical assessment, and if there are medical contraindications, the protocol is not administered.

Appointments are made via the website, by phone or on WhatsApp, and confirmation is sent by SMS or email. Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance. The prices of all protocols are on the Prices page.

The SYNERVA clinic is at 5 Ciprian Porumbescu St., Sector 1, Bucharest, and is open 7 days a week, from 09:00 to 20:00. This is also where you can collect a printed gift voucher.

Validity and right of withdrawal

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months. For online orders, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the voucher, without having to give reasons for the decision and without penalties. Send a written notification to contact@synerva.ro or a signed form at SYNERVA's registered office, and the amount is refunded within a maximum of 14 days of the notification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to vouchers used in full or in part.

For online orders, the tax invoice is issued automatically via factureaza.ro immediately after the payment is confirmed and is sent by email. For B2B customers, the invoice is sent automatically to SPV ANAF (e-Factura), the Romanian electronic invoicing system.

How long is the gift voucher valid?
